Shift Digital was born in Cali, at Universidad Icesi, when two systems engineering students saw something up close that keeps repeating across small and medium businesses: founders losing hours — and therefore money — on trivial, repetitive tasks that no tool was solving for them.

Automations, corporate websites, chatbots — technology that's already standard at large companies remained out of reach for small ones. Shift exists to close that gap: take the monotonous work off a business's plate so it can focus on growing, not on surviving day-to-day operations.
